ECiLPSE has been meticulously developed for predicting precise enzyme classification. Users can seamlessly input multiple sequences (upto 20) by either pasting them into the designated text area or uploading a file (.fasta extension). It is important to note that sequences must adhere to the FASTA format (sample sequences in FASTA format are given for reference in "Use Example Sequence"). For each submitted sequence, ECiLPSE predicts the enzyme class along with a corresponding probability score. The results are promptly displayed on the screen for immediate analysis, and for added convenience, a downloadable link is provided for users to retrieve the results.
