AChEpredictor is a tool to predict whether a small molecule will be inhibitor of Acetycholienstrase enzyme or not. This tool is based on Machine Learning and utilizes 2D structures of molecules for prediction.
This tool is available as server based web application and also as downloadable standalone application. This is one of many tools developed in our lab.
